The first picture shows a relation that we already
know.
The man sees the car.
The car is the direct object in
this sentence. The man is the subject. In German we
then have the phrase:
Der Mann sieht das Auto.
There are loads of examples for
this type:
Er schreibt
den Brief. = He writes
a letter. |

Wir kaufen das Auto. = We buy the car. |

Ihr lest das Buch. = You (all) read the book. |
